Power your future with Voltron.
multidisciplinary consulting, capital structuring, and deal origination
What Voltron Is
Voltron is a multidisciplinary* consulting, capital structuring, and deal-origination firm that specializes in high-conviction, high-involvement opportunities in the healthcare services, regulated innovation, and defense sectors.
*combining medical, legal, financial, and technical acumen across several sectors.
We do not run a blind pool.
We curate, structure, and control capital to unlock growth pathways for those that recognize that rock-solid governance, corporate sanitation, and consistent execution matter as much as the underlying idea of a business.
Capital Structuring
Voltron Forms and Controls SPVs, cleaning cap tables and easing corporate governance concerns. Optics matter when getting equity ready and/or increading valuation.
Structured Governance & Reporting
Voltron provides leadership, where needed, to help clients grow and increase value. Regular Voltron reporting increases value, especially in foreign or niche-market opportunities.
Debt Washing
Voltron creates structures that wash corporate debt and otherwise clean capitalization tables to attract equity at advantageous valuations.
Voltron Occupies the Middle Space.
Voltron is not a passive introducer.
When fulfilling these roles, Voltron aligns operators, strategic partners, and capital and entwines itself--its members--into each opportunity in its Menu of Opportunities.
Each has:
-
a defined capital ask;
-
a specific use of proceeds;
-
a risk inflection point (exit suggestion); and
-
transparent risk factors as evaluated by Voltron.

Why These Opportunities?
The market is currently wildly inefficient at pricing:
regulatory complexity
(healthcare, clinical services, defense)
transitional operators
(excellent domain experts with weak capital strategy)
sub-scale but scalable platrforms
(that institutional capital ignores too early and retail capital misunderstands too late)
